摘要
目的对麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛系统评价进行方法学质量和结局指标证据级别的评价。方法以中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)、维普网(VIP)、中国临床试验注册中心网站(Chinese Clinical Trial Registry)、中国生物医学期刊文献数据库、荷兰医学文摘数据库(Embase)、循证医学图书馆(The Cochrane library)、美国生物医学期刊文献数据库(PubMed)为主要检索来源,搜集麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价,检索时间限定为建库始至2020年9月1日。由2名研究员独立筛选和提取资料后,应用AMSTAR-2量表和GRADE工具对纳入研究的方法学质量、报告质量和证据质量进行评价。结果研究共纳入10篇系统评价。AMSTAR-2方法学质量评价结果显示,全部系统评价均为低质量。GRADE证据级别评价结果显示:10篇系统评价包含9个结局指标,共34个证据体,质量普遍偏低。结论麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛具有良好的疗效,系统评价的方法学质量较低,证据级别总体较低。建议系统评价应按照严格的程序进行研究,规范报告研究结果。
Objective:To evaluate the methodological quality and the level of evidence of outcome indicators in the systematic review of Shexiang Baoxin Pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:Databases such as China Knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang Data),VIP Network(VIP),Chinese Clinical Trial Registry website(Chinese Clinical Trial Registry),Chinese Biomedical Journal Literature Database,Dutch Medical Abstracts Database(Embase),Evidence-Based Medicine Library(The Cochrane library),and American Biomedical Journal Literature Database(PubMed)were searched for system reviews of Shexiang Baoxin Pills in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.The search time was from inception of the database until 2020.After two researchers independently selected and extracted the data,the AMSTAR-2 scale,and GRADE method were used to evaluate the methodological quality,report quality and evidence quality of the included studies.Results:10 systematic reviews were included.AMSTAR-2 methodological quality evaluation results showed that all systematic reviews were of low quality.The results of the GRADE evidence level evaluation showed that the 10 systematic reviews contained 9 outcome indicators,with a total of 34 evidence bodies,and the quality was generally low.Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin Pills has a good curative effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The methodological quality of systematic reviews is low,and the level of evidence is generally low.It is suggested that systematic reviews should be studied according to strict procedures,and the results of research should be reported in a standardized manner.
