摘要
目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤对痰湿内蕴型原发性高血压眩晕患者临床症状的改善效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2020年6月收治的184例原发性高血压眩晕患者,随机将其分为观察组(采用半夏白术天麻汤+常规西药治疗)和对照组(采用常规西药治疗),各92例。比较两组患者的中医症候积分、血压、眩晕程度、凝血功能、血管内皮功能及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组主症、次症、兼症、舌苔脉象积分及总积分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压及EEV评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组D-D、FIB、PAI-1、ET-1水平均降低,NO水平均升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤能有效降低痰湿内蕴型原发性高血压眩晕患者的血压和中医症候积分,改善凝血功能及血管内皮功能,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on clinical symptoms of patients with essential hypertension vertigo of phlegm dampness type.Methods A total of 184 patients with essential hypertension vertigo admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction+conventional western medicine)and control group(treated with conventional western medicine),with 92 cases in each group.The TCM symptom score,blood pressure,degree of vertigo,coagulation function,vascular endothelial function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,concurrent symptoms,tongue coating pulse scores and total score of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and EEV score of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-D,FIB,PAI-1 and ET-1 in the two groups decreased,while the level of NO increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure and TCM syndrome score of patients with essential hypertension vertigo of phlegm dampness type,improve the coagulation function,vascular endothelial function and treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
