摘要
病证结合模式即现代医学诊断疾病与中医辨证论治相结合,疾病的共性规律和患者个体特性有机结合的诊疗模式。将其引入高血压性眩晕的诊治中,有助于全面把握疾病特征,优化治疗及评价体系。高血压性眩晕以邪气入脑为主要病机,以脏腑的气血阴阳失调为主要病理变化,以风、痰、瘀、虚为主要病理因素,从高血压性眩晕的"病"入手,结合中医常见"证"的研究,建立符合临床实际的高血压性眩晕临床疗效评价体系,可充分发挥中医药的辨证优势和特色。
By syndrome and disease combination treatment model,we mean the combination of modern medical diagnosis of disease and that with traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation,in which combination the common laws and the individual characters of the disease are to be known better.In this combined diagnosis and treatment of Hypertensive vertigo,the overall characteristics of the disease and the systematic treatment methods can be found out.The main pathogenesis of the disease is the invasion of Evil factors and the main pathological changes are the imbalance of Zang-fu Qi and Blood as well as that of Ying and Yang condition.The main pathosogical factors are Wind,Phlegm,Stasis and Deficiency within human body.Therefore,practical clinical treatment practice of the combining disease and syndrome characters is in line with the evaluation of the disease and the related syndrome and it can take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment characterized by syndrome differentiation.
