摘要
工件压铸是工业生产中的重要工序,为清晰展现工件的压铸过程,文章介绍了一种用于模拟工件压铸过程的自动化生产线,并介绍了该压铸系统的构成、工作原理和控制系统,设计了气动控制回路,进行了模拟压铸实验。通过实验清晰的呈现了工件的压铸过程,为后期实现工件真正的自动化压铸奠定了基础。
Die casting is commonly used in industrial production process.In order to clearly show the die casting process of workpiece,this paper introduces a kind of automatic production line for die casting process and the composition of the die casting system.Besides,working principle and control system are introduced,the pneumatic control circuit is designed and the die casting experiment is conducted.The experiment shows the workpiece die casting process clearly,and lays the foundation for real automatic die casting of workpiece.
