摘要
为提高低压铸造机控制的精准度与可靠性,运用PID控制与嵌入式技术,设计了基于PID的低压铸造机控制系统,使用模块设计的方式,确保实现各种的功能控制,实现了低压铸造机工作过程的有效控制,为进一步提高低压铸造工艺提供借鉴。
To improve the control precision and reliability of the low pressure casting machine, using the PID control and the embedded technology, a control system for the low pressure casting machine was designed based on PID technology, using modular design approach ensure various control function to realize the effective control of the low pressure casting machine.
