摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在血液透析高磷血症患者铝碳酸镁治疗中的护理效果及对依从性的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月广州市中西医结合医院内四肾内科收治的血液透析高磷血症患者70例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理模式,护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组自我管理、血钙及血磷的水平以及依从性。结果观察组护理后液体和离子的限制行为、饮食量的管理行为、躯体与社会心理活动、一般状态的管理和社会心理行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后血钙水平高于对照组,血磷水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后态度、行为及服药的依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析高磷血症患者铝碳酸镁治疗中应用延续性护理,能够改善患者的自我管理能力,提高依从性,改善高磷血症,有效防止并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of continuous nursing in the magnesium aluminate therapy for hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia and its impacts on compliance.Methods A total of 70 hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia admitted to DepartmentⅣof Nephrology Medicine,Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group adopted conventional nursing mode,while the observation group adopted continuous nursing mode based on the control group.After nursing,the effect of patients was evaluated,and the self-management,blood calcium and blood phosphorus levels and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of fluid and ion restriction behavior,diet management behavior,physical and social psychological activities,general state management and social psychological behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood calcium level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the blood phosphorus level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the attitude,behavior and medication compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing applied in the magnesium aluminate therapy of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia can improve their self-management ability,raise their compliance,decrease hyperphosphatemia and effectively prevent complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
