摘要
目的通过分析已发表的金匮要略教学相关文献,探索其研究现状及热点问题,为今后更好地开展教学提供思路和方法。方法运用文献计量学方法,分别从文献发表的年度趋势、期刊分布、作者机构、核心作者、高频关键词等方面进行分析。结果纳入本研究相关研究文献共计280篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势,2015年发文26篇,达到最高;根据普赖斯定律观点,基本形成相关文献的"核心期刊"以及"核心作者";高频关键词分析显示,除"金匮""教学"外,"案例教学"出现频次最高;共词聚类结果大致分成5类,分别提示了金匮要略教学对方法、理念以及人才培养等热点问题。结论金匮要略作为中医临床核心基础课程之一,其教学日益得到重视,特别是近几年对其教学方法也逐渐展开探索,在与时俱进纳入新教学模式的同时,一定要结合临床实践重视传统中医实用型人才的培养。
Objective This paper aims at exploring current situation and hot spots on the teaching of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber by analyzing published articles to provide concepts and methods to improve teaching in the future. Method Published years,journal distribution,authors’ institutions,core authors,high frequency keywords are bibliometrically analyzed. Results( 1) There are 280 related research papers in this study,and the annual number of published articles shows an overall upward trend,among which the highest is 26 in 2015.( 2) According to Price law,"core journals"and "core author"have been formed already based on the analysis of the published papers.( 3) "Case teaching"is most frequent keyword apart from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and"teaching".Based on cluster analysis,the highest frequency keywords can be roughly divided into five categories,indicating such hot spots as teaching methods,concepts and talents training. Conclusion As one of the core basic courses of traditional Chinese medicine,Synopsis of the Golden Chamber has gained more attention. Its teaching methods have especially been explored in recent years. The findings also show that we must attach importance to clinical practice while introducing new teaching modes in cultivating practical talents of TCM.
