摘要
随着医疗健康信息与互联网融合程度加深,网络健康信息搜寻行为日趋频繁,从整体对其进行了解变得越发重要。本研究基于信息生态视角,采用半结构化访谈法收集40位大学生网络健康信息搜寻数据,探讨信息生态视角下网络健康信息搜寻行为所涉及的五个因子,即信息用户、网络健康信息、其他群体、信息平台和社会环境的影响因素及其互动关系。研究发现,第一,个体特征、使用意愿、信息价值、平台服务、交互性、社会风气等17类主题(含36个次级主题)的因素影响网络健康信息搜寻行为,这些影响因素在信息生态环境的五个因子中发挥的作用和表现形式存在差异和相同之处;第二,网络健康信息搜寻行为涉及的五个因子之间存在10对互动关系,这些互动关系在与大学生互动作用的“距离”、互动关系强度以及对搜寻行为的影响程度上存在层次差异。本研究将信息生态理论引入信息搜寻行为中,弥补了信息生态理论关于信息搜寻行为的研究,对于探索用户搜寻行为影响因素和互动关系提供了一定的理论依据,有利于引导用户搜寻健康信息。
With the deepening fuse of medical health information and the internet,online health information seeking behavior has been more frequent,and it is increasingly important to understand it from a macroscopic perspective.Based on the information ecology perspective,it collected 40 college students'network health information search data by semi-structured interview to explore the five factors involved in the network healthy information search behavior under the information ecology perspective,i.e.information users,network health information,other groups,information platforms and social environment and their interaction.Firstly,the factors of finding individual characteristics,willingness to use,information value,platform service,interactivity,social ethos and other 17 topics(including 36 sub-themes)affect the behavior of network healthy information search.There are differences and similarities in the roles and manifestations of these influencing factors in the five factors of information ecological environment.Secondly,there are 10 pairs of interactions among the five factors involved in the online healthy information search behavior,which are different in the"distance",the intensity of the interaction and the degree of influence on the search behavior.This paper introduces the information ecology theory into the information search behavior,makes up the information ecology theory about the information search behavior research,provides the certain theory basis for exploring the users'search behavior influence factor and the interaction relation,and is advantageous to guide the users to search the healthy information.
