摘要
依托国土空间规划、招商引资和工程建设管理信息,充分利用二三维地理信息和互联网等先进技术,以服务武汉长江新城管委会为例,搭建了规划建设管理"一张图"平台。平台能对国土空间规划编制成果、招商引资项目和工程建设项目进行直观、精准、统筹管理,打破了部门之间的壁垒,实现了建设项目从规划、选址、落地、建设到竣工的全生命周期管理,为全国其他城市开展"智慧城市"及其相关应用提供了参考。
Relying on the land and space planning,investment attraction and project construction management information,making full use of advanced technologies such as 2D-3D geographical information and Internet,and taking the service of Wuhan Yangtze River New Town Management Committee for example,we established a"One Map"platform for planning and construction management to directly,accurately and comprehensively manage the land and space planning,investment attraction projects and engineering construction projects.This platform can break the ministry’s barriers between the doors,realize the full life cycle management of construction projects from planning,site selection,landing,construction to completion,and provide reference for other cities in China to carry out"Smart City"and related applications.
