黏土矿物增强黄铁矿去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)的研究 被引量:2

A Study on Removal of Cr(Ⅵ)from Aqueous Solution by Enhancement of Pyrite with Clay Minerals

摘要 为了了解黄铁矿+黏土矿物在含铬废水处理中的协同增强效果,进行了验证试验,并对协同机理进行了分析。结果表明:(1)黄铁矿能够将Cr(Ⅵ)完全还原成Cr(Ⅲ),而黏土矿物对于Cr离子具有吸附效果。(2)当黄铁矿与黏土矿物按质量比1∶1混合后,其对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果增强,其中效果最好的是添加海泡石,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除量能够增强14.27 mg/g,效果最差的蒙脱石也能增强1.08 mg/g。(3)黏土矿物增强黄铁矿去除Cr(Ⅵ)的原因是黏土矿物对还原产生的Cr(Ⅲ)有去除效果,进而促进了黄铁矿对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除。该研究成果为利用天然混合矿物进行环境治理提供了思路和努力方向。 Verification tests and analysis of synergistic mechanism were carried out to understand the synergistic enhancement effect of pyrite and clay minerals in the treatment of chromium-containing wastewa⁃ter,The results show that:①Pyrite can completely reduce Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ),and clay minerals have adsorption on Cr ions.②The mixture of pyrite and clay minerals at the mass ratio of 1:1 increased the remov⁃al effect of Cr(Ⅵ).Among them,the best addition of sepiolite increased the removal capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)by 14.27 mg/g,and and the montmorillonite with the worst effect also increased 1.08 mg/g.③the reason why clay minerals enhance the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)by pyrite is that clay minerals can remove Cr(Ⅲ)produced by reduction,which in turn promotes the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)by pyrite.The research results provide ideas and directions for environmental treatment by using natural mixed minerals.
