摘要
大倾角松散厚煤层中安装综采设备时,工作面极易发生片帮和冒顶,为安全生产带来极大隐患。针对此情况,将切眼由下向上按倾斜长度20 m分为5段,分段进行扩帮;一段扩帮到位后,进行支架安装施工,再开始下一段切眼扩帮;安装设备时采用全新设计的旋转平台+轨道体系,由绞车牵引一次安装到位。形成了完善的扩安同步施工工艺,有效解决了大倾角松散煤层综采工作面设备安装难题。
When the fully mechanized mining equipment is installed in the thick and loose coal seam with large dip angle,the working face is prone to spalling and roof caving,which brings great hidden dan⁃gers for safe production.In view of this situation,the cut is divided into five sections according to the in⁃clined length of 20 m from the bottom to the top,and the expansion is carried out in sections.After the first expansion is in place,the bracket installation construction,and then start the next section of the eye ex⁃pansion.Installation equipment using a new design of rotating platform and track system,by winch traction once installed in place.A perfect synchronous construction technology of expansion and installationis formed,which effectively solves the problem of equipment installation in fully mechanized mining face of large inclined loose coal seam.
