考虑技术经济条件下的威远页岩气田水平井长度优化 被引量:3

Optimization of the horizontal well length in Weiyuan shale gas field under technical and economic conditions

摘要 页岩储层水平井合理长度优化对合理开发至关重要。综合考虑技术与经济条件,对威远页岩气田不同长度水平井开发周期内(10 a)的产量、单井投资、经济效益进行详细分析,明确了该区最优经济价值条件下水平井长度范围,讨论了天然气价格、页岩气补贴、建设投资、单井产量对不同长度水平井开发效益的影响。研究结果表明:威远页岩气田高产井比例与水平段长度正相关,但受地质条件和施工质量的影响,水平井长度并非越长越好,当水平井长度超过一定界限时,高产井比例增幅变缓;在当前主体工艺技术、天然气销售价格为1.275万元/104m3、无页岩气补贴、投产后期操作成本为0.25万元/104m3的条件下,威远页岩气田水平井最优长度为1800~2200 m。研究成果为页岩气藏经济有效开发提供了重要参考。 The reasonable length optimization of horizontal wells is very important for the rational development of shale reservoirs.Considering technical and economic conditions comprehensively,the detailed analyses were engaged for the horizontal wells with different lengths in Weiyuan shale gas field in the life cycle of development,including ten-year production,individual well investment and economic benefits,thus the length range with the optimal economic value in the block was defined.The effects of the natural gas price,shale gas subsidy,construction investment and individual well production on the development benefits of horizontal wells with different lengths were also discussed.The study results show that there is a positive correlation between the proportion of high-production gas wells and the horizontal well lateral length,but affected by geological conditions and engineering quality,it is not always that the longer the horizontal well length,the better the effect as the lateral length exceeds a certain limit,the increase of the proportion of high-production wells slows down.With the help of current main technologies,the optimal horizontal well length is 1800~2200 m in Weiyuan shale gas field when the gas sale price is 1.275×10 Yuan/10 m without shale gas subsidy,and the operation cost is 0.25×10 Yuan/10 m in the later stage of production.The research results provide important references for the economic and effective development of shale gas reservoirs.
