摘要
双离合自动变速器是汽车自动变速器的主要品种之一,其性能直接影响汽车的起步质量、换档品质、行驶平顺性、燃油经济性和动力性。本文利用CATIA软件对DSG湿式双离合器进行了实体建模、虚拟装配,并制作装配动画的视频文件。通过三维CAD软件对湿式双离合器进行设计分析及虚拟装配,对于缩短汽车零部件产品开发周期、降低生产成本等具有十分重要的意义。
The Double Clutch automatic transmission is one of the main vehicle automatic transmission,its performance directly affects the vehicle’s starting quality,shift quality,ride comfort,fuel economy and power performance.This paper uses CATIA software to model DSG wet dual clutch,make virtual assembly,and make assembly animation video file.It is very important to design,analyze and virtual assemble the wet dual clutch by 3 D CAD software in order to shorten the development cycle and reduce the production cost.
