摘要
我国已经有若干所公安院校具备研究生人才培养资格,但总的来看,公安院校培养研究生的历史相对较短,加之受学科性质、行业属性等因素影响,研究生人才培养过程中存在的若干问题在新时期有所凸显,客观上影响了培养质量的提升。对此,应当从研究生人才培养的机制入手,对课程体系架构、考核评价机制建设、人才培养价值取向等方面进行优化。公安院校也应根据自身学科优势与资源现状,探索符合本校实际的研究生人才培养路径,瞄准社会及地方对警务人才的现实需求,走差异化发展之路。
There are already several public security colleges and universities in China with the qualification of postgraduate training,but generally speaking,the history of postgraduate training in public security colleges and universities is relatively short,and affected by the nature of disciplines,industry attributes and other factors,some problems in the process of postgraduate training are highlighted in the new period,which objectively affects the improvement of training quality.In this regard,we should start from the mechanism of graduate personnel training,and optimize the curriculum system structure,the construction of assessment and evaluation mechanism,and the value orientation of personnel training.Public security colleges should also,according to their own discipline advantages and resource status,explore the path of postgraduate personnel training in line with the actual situation of the school,aim at the actual needs of the society and local police personnel,and take the road of differentiated development.
