摘要
目的观察熊去氧胆酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的效果及对患者妊娠结局的影响。方法抽取我院2015年1月至2020年1月收治的150例ICP患者按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组均为75例;对照组患者使用地塞米松磷酸钠治疗方式,观察组患者使用熊去氧胆酸,对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后瘙痒程度、治疗前后肝功能指标比较、妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的瘙痒情况少于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组肝功能指标评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸治疗ICP效果明显,患者的瘙痒情况得到了明显改善,促进了良好的妊娠结局,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods One hundred and fifty ICP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,each group was 75 cases.The control group patients were treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate,the observation group patients were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid,and the treatment effect,pruritus degree before and after treatment,liver function index before and after treatment,pregnancy outcome were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The pruritus of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function index score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The adverse situation of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid is effective in the treatment of ICP,and the pruritus of the patients has been improved significantly,which promotes a good pregnancy outcome and is worthy of clinical promotion.
