半环抱式底流槽海岸取水技术研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了合理利用海水,针对海岸取水在海域环境及海域用地等面临的严峻问题,结合工程自然条件,在已有海岸取水设计的经验基础上,采用数值模拟计算、物理模型试验等方法,在取水方式、取水构筑物型式等方面开展了细致的研究,提出了半环抱式底流槽取水技术,首次提出半环抱式入水口的设计思路,将底流槽引入海岸取水工程中,阻沙堤、隔热导流堤与防浪墙合建,具有阻沙防淤、隔热降温、防浪导流的综合功能。同等取水规模下,采用半环抱式底流槽取水技术可以大幅节约岸线资源,节约用海用地;工程投资省,施工风险低,系统运行高效;同时对海洋生态环境影响小,促进海洋环保友好、可持续发展。研究成果已在工程实践得以验证,以其显著的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,可广泛应用于各海岸取水工程。 In order to thoroughly implement the policy on rational use of seawater, the coastal water intake of half encircling bottom flow groove is introduced. It can solve some serious coastal intake problems on sea environment and sea area using. Based on the existing experience of coastal water intake design, combining the natural conditions of the project, a meticulous research in water intake methods and water intake structures is carried out by numerical simulation and physical model testing. This’ s the first time to introduce the design idea of half encircling inlet and bottom flow groove for the coastal water intake. The heat-insulating diversion dike, sand-blocking dike and wave wall were combined building in this technology. It has the comprehensive functions of sand-blocking, silt-proofing, thermal insulation, and wave-preventing diversion. Under the same water intake scale, the use of half encircling bottom flow groove water intake technology has many advantages, such as greatly saving shoreline resources and sea land, low investment, low construction risk and efficient system operation for project. At the same time, it has less impact on marine ecological environment and promotes marine environmental protection. The research results have been verified in engineering practice. Because of its significant benefits on economic, social and environmental, the coastal water intake technology of half encircling bottom flow groove can be widely used in coastal water intake projects.
