摘要
目的智慧型急诊信息系统应用无线数据传输理念,建立急诊诊疗新模式,规范临床工作行为,提高急诊医疗质量.方法利用先进的信息技术,以急诊信息系统为支撑,以平板电脑为硬件平台,结合万维网、无线局域网、WIFI无线网络、4G无线网络、物联网及云桌面等技术,集成构建智慧型急诊信息系统,实现数据无线采集、信息无线传输,指令无线处理,最终实现移动护理、移动医疗等功能.结果通过急诊信息系统将临床信息无线数据化,可简化急诊流程,提高工作效率.结论急诊信息系统的应用可以规范临床诊疗行为,提升医疗质量,并推动急诊学科的快速发展.
Objective The intelligent emergency information system applies the concept of wireless data transmission,establishes a new model of emergency diagnosis and treatment,standardizes clinical behavior,and improves emergency medical quality.Methods using advanced information technology,supported by emergency infonnation system,using tablet computer as IPA platform,combined with World Wide Web,Wireless Lan,WIFI wireless network,4G wireless network,Internet of things and cloud desktop technology,an intelligent emergency information system is integrated to realize wireless data acquisition,wireless information transmission,wireless instruction processing,and finally mobile nursing and mobile medical services.Results Through the emergency information system,the wireless data of clinical information can simplify emergency procedures,improve work efficiency.Conclusion Through the emergency information system,the wireless data of clinical information can standardizes clinical behavior,improve medical quality,and promote the rapid development of emergency science.
