摘要
鉴于脑卒中的急诊急救是决定患者预后的关键环节,本文对目前脑卒中急诊急救流程存在的问题进行了剖析,对脑卒中急诊急救流程再造的必要性及重要性进行了阐述,提出了脑卒中急诊急救流程再造的设想,改"串联"为"并联",并提出了相应的支持和保障措施,包括建立多学科协作团队、研发信息化共享平台、建立相关制度与规范等。
Emergency treatment is the key element for the prognosis of stroke patients.This article analyzed the current problems of stroke emergency treatment process, discussed the necessity and importance of stroke emergency treatment process, transplanted the theory and technology of ＂business process reengineering＂ to put forward the idea of stroke emergency process reengineering, changed stroke emergency treatment process from ＂the series＂ to ＂parallel connection＂, and proposed the corresponding support and guarantee measures, including establishment of multidisciplinary team, developing information sharing platform, and setting up related system and standards.
