摘要
目的探讨新形势下提升机动卫勤分队特诊模块核心能力的对策.方法分析现阶段特诊模块运行存在的问题,并结合新军改形势下特诊装备和临床应用新进展带来的发展机遇,总结提升特诊模块核心能力的对策.结果现行机动卫勤分队特诊模块存在人员素质亟待提升、装备配备过于落后、特诊模块作用未充分发挥以及缺乏精细的训练和考核标准化流程等问题,以上问题制约了特诊模块核心能力进一步提升.要采纳构建特诊模块岗位胜任力评价指标体系、有计划开展针对性以工代训、尽快配备高性能特诊装备以及统一特诊模块工作流程等对策,来提升特诊模块核心能力.结论新形势下提升机动卫勤分队特诊模块核心能力的对策实用性和可操作性强,可为特诊模块核心能力建设提供参考.
Objective To explore the countermeasures to improve the core capabilities of special diagnosis of the mobile medical service team under the new situation.Methods Analyzed the problems existing in the operation of the special diagnosis at the present stage.Combined the problems with the opportunities brought by the development of special diagnosis equipment and clinical application under the new military reform.Summarized the countermeasures to improve the core capabilities of the special diagnosis.Results The current mobile health service team has problems with special diagnosis such as the low professional quality of personnel,the backward equipment,the ineffectiveness of the special diagnosis,and the lack of sophisticated training and assessment standardization processes.These problems limit the improvement of the core capabilities of the special diagnosis.Therefore,countermeasures should be taken as soon as possible,such as constructing an evaluation index system for the capabilities of the special diagnosis,carrying out targeted training on behalf of workers,equipping high-performance special diagnosis equipment,and unifying the workflow of the special diagnosis.Conclusion Under the new situation,the countermeasures to enhance the core capabilities of the mobile health service special diagnosis module are practical and operable,which can provide a reference for the construction of the core capabilities of special diagnosis.
