摘要
我国学分银行在获得长足发展的同时,也出现了诸多难以解决的问题。在资历框架视域下,学分银行应有新的战略定位,通过服务资历框架体系,将自身打造成为学习者成才就业的根据地、教育机构人才质量的检测地、企事业单位选人用人的首选地、教育行政部门教育决策的来源地。基于学分银行战略定位,学分银行可以做“三位一体”的服务布局,即建构学习成果服务体系、人才成长服务体系、教育决策服务体系,以实现学分银行的可持续发展,促进学习型社会的构建。
With the rapid development of credit banks in China,there are also many problems that are difficult to solve.Credit banks should have a new strategic positioning from the perspective of qualifications framework.Through the service of qualifications framework system,they will become the base of learners employment,the testing place of talent quality in educational institutions,the preferred place for enterprises and institutions to choose and employ persons,and the source of educational decision-making in educational administrative departments.Based on the strategic positioning of credit banks,credit banks can make a“trinity”service layout,that is to construct the service system of learning outcomes,talent growth and education decision-making,so as to achieve the sustainable development of credit banks and promote the construction of learning society.
