摘要
目的建立UPLC-MS/MS方法测定固培牛樟芝粉末中4种黄曲霉素含量,考察方法的适用性和可行性。方法Acquity BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸水。采用不同浓度黄曲霉素B1、B2、G1、G2对照品溶液进样,获得校正曲线,进行方法学考察,测定固培牛樟芝粉末中的黄曲霉素B1、B2、G1、G2含量。结果本测定方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性及加样回收率良好,采用该法对6批固培牛樟芝粉末进行分析,结果表明:固培牛樟芝粉末样品中不含黄曲霉素。结论UPLC-MS/MS方法分析时间短,结果可靠,可用于固培牛樟芝粉末中黄曲霉素的质量控制。
Objective To develop a UPLC-MS/MS method for determining the contents of four aflatoxins in solid-state fermented Antrodia Camphorata powder,and to examine the applicability and feasibility of the method for quality control.Methods Acquity BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),the mobile phase:acetonitrile-water with 0.1%formic acid.A calibration curve was obtained by injecting reference solutions of different concentrations of aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,and G2,and the contents of aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,and G2 in different batches of solid-state fermented Antrodia camphorata powder were determined,and the method was validated.Results The accuracy,stability,repeatability and recovery of the method were good.Analysis of 6 batches of solid-state fermetated Antrodia camphorata powder showed that the solid-state fermetated Antrodia camphorata powder samples did not contain aflatoxin.Conclusion The UPLC-MS/MS method showed a short analysis time and reliable results,which can be used for the quality control of aflatoxin in Antrodia camphorata powder.
