摘要
根据指挥场所海量视频信号汇聚、传输和展现的使用需求,提出了一种基于VC‐2浅压缩视频编解码技术的视频传输和管理系统解决方案。介绍了VC‐2浅压缩视频编解码流程,设计了IP化高带宽局域网络结构,采用视频组播方式完成视频数据传输,并提出了2级视频管理体系构建方法。最后,通过对某指挥场所的应用升级和测试表明,使用该方案构建的系统具有传输流程清晰、扩展性强、低延迟、高画质以及使用维护便捷等特点。
According to the use requirements on gathering,transmission and display of command place's massive video signals,a video transmission and management system solution based on VC-2 shallow compression video coding and decoding technology is proposed.The video coding and decoding process based on the VC-2 shallow compression is introduced.The structure of IP-based highbandwidth local area network(LAN)is designed.The video multicast mode is adopted to achieve the video data transmission,and the two-level video management system construction method is presented.Finally,the application upgrade and the testing of a command place show that the system constructed with the solution have characteristics including clear transmission process,strong expansibility,low delay,high video quality and convenient operation and maintenance.
