摘要
目前,石化企业静态设备的检维修是有计划的预防性,检维修策略主要是符合标准要求,是基于历年的经验从保守的安全考虑,对设备的安全性以及设备存在的可能失效风险等因素考虑不够,且与大修周期错开,静设备需要提前检验或延期检验;大修停机时间短,检验工作量大,人员设备以及需要检修的工作量无法估计,难以完成有效的检验工作;缺少有针对性的静设备采购计划和库存准备,对检验问题不能及时有效处理;传统基于风险的检验(简称RBI)技术应用时缺乏规范性和系统性等问题。利用动态化创新、改进和完善RBI技术,动态评价设备风险,并以此为依据,对设备进行分级管理,制定了适合石化设备长周期运行管理的静态设备检验维护管理策略。
At present,petrochemical enterprises inspection was planned preventive maintenance of static equipment,the maintenance strategy was mainly up to the standard requirements,it was based on the historical experience from the conservative safety,which led to the safety of the equipment,as well as the possibility of equipment failure risk factors were not token a full account,and the overhaul period staggered with it,static equipment needed advanced inspection or deferred examination.The overhaul downtime was short,the inspection workload was large,the workload of personnel and equipment and maintenance could not be estimated,it was difficult to complete the effective inspection work.Lacked of targeted static equipment procurement plan and inventory preparation,it could not timely and effectively deal with inspection problems,and the traditional risk-based test(RBI)technique lacked standardization and systematization.By using dynamic innovation,improvement and perfection of RBI technology,we dynamically evaluated of equipment risk,and based on this,finished hierarchical management of equipment,and formulated a static equipment inspection and maintenance management strategy suitable for petrochemical equipment long-term operation management.
