摘要
柑橘渣是柑橘加工的主要副产物,含有蛋白质、氨基酸和其他独特的活性成分,如果胶、色素等。文章综述了柑橘渣的营养组成及活性成分含量,对其在单胃动物生产中的应用研究进行总结。在畜禽饲料中添加一定量的柑橘渣可提高动物生产性能,改善肉品质。但是,从柑橘渣中提取活性成分成本非常高,而鲜柑橘渣的保存仍有待研究。文章为柑橘渣饲料的开发提供参考。
Citrus residue is the main by-product in citrus processing. There are protein, amino acid and other unique active nutrients such as pectin, pigments in citrus residue. The nutritional components and biological characteristics of citrus residues were summarized in the paper, and its application in monogastric animal was also studied. Growth performance and meat quality could be improved after supplemented citrus residue in swine or poultry’ diet. But it is expensive to extract active ingredient from citrus residue. How to preserve the fresh citrus residue still needs further study.The review will provide a reference for the development of citrus residue feed.
