摘要
高职教育是有效推动区域经济快速转型升级的中坚力量来源,其人才培养工作要紧紧围绕市场需求展开,培养质量也在行业市场中得到印证。以上海城建职业学院食品质量与安全专业为例,通过对不同毕业年限的毕业生就业调研分析,梳理出目前食品类专业高职毕业生在就业中遇到的问题。在此基础上,根据专业建设内容,从课程体系、教学方法改革、加强校企深度融合方面提出有针对性的对策与建议,为其他高职院校的高职教育提供借鉴价值。
Higher vocational education is the backbone source to effectively promote the rapid transformation and upgrading of the regional economy,whose personnel training work should be carried out closely around the market demand,and the training quality is also reflected in the industry market.Taking the Food Quality and Safety Specialty of Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College as an example,the employment situation of graduates with different graduation years were investigated,and problems encountered of higher vocational graduates in employment were further analyzed and put forward.Based on the reflected problems,constructive suggestions were put forward in terms of curriculum system reformation,teaching methods and school-enterprise cooperation in order to provide reference for the construction and development of higher vocational education.
