摘要
实践教学是培养创新应用型人才的重要环节,以培养就业为导向的应用性人才的目标为出发,对传统食品营养与检测专业实践教学中存在的问题进行了探讨,同时介绍了廊坊师范学院在建设高职高专食品营养与检测专业应用型人才实践教学模式的新探索。
The technical experiment is the important key of training the innovation capable person, in this paper, the application of employment-oriented training of personnel goals in mind and the traditional food nutrition and detection of the practicing education problems were discussed, at the same time the reforms and innovations were introduced in the teaching model of application-oriented food nutrition and detection professional practice in Langfang Teachers College.
