摘要
提供了一种大采高采煤机上置提升油缸活塞杆四连杆式保护系统的设计方法,通过对采煤机提升油缸布置方式分析,利用摇臂本身固有运动作为主动件,结合挡矸系统防护漏洞空间,即油缸活塞杆伸出后失去挡矸保护,暴露在煤炭掉落区,设计了一种用于保护油缸活塞杆的连杆式随动保护装置,并最终得出该连杆式活塞杆保护系统的最终工程设计图纸,具有很强的实用性。
Provides a design method for four-rod protection system of oil cylinder lifter on top of large mining height shearer.Through the analysis of the layout of the cylinder lifter of the shearer,the inherent motion of the rocker arm is used as the active part,combined with the gangue blocking system to protect the loophole space,that is the piston rod of the oil cylinder loses the gangue blocking protection after extending,and is exposed in the coal falling area,a connecting rod type follow-up protection device used to protect the piston rod of oil cylinder is designed,the engineering design drawing of the connecting rod piston rod protection system is obtained,which has strong practicability.
