摘要
为解决传统检测方法在对工业循环冷却水氨氮含量检测时,存在检测结果与实际含量相差较大的问题,开展基于近红外光谱技术的工业循环冷却水氨氮含量检测方法研究。通过工业循环冷却水检测样品制备、基于近红外光谱技术的检测样品光谱采集、样品氨氮含量检测与定量分析,提出一种全新的检测方法。通过实验证明,新的检测方法检测精度更高,与实际含量相差仅为0.1%,具有更高的应用价值。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional detection method detects the ammonia nitrogen content of industrial circulating cooling water, there is a large difference between the detection result and the actual content, and the research on the detection method of the ammonia nitrogen content of industrial circulating cooling water based on near-infrared spectroscopy is carried out. Through industrial circulating cooling water testing sample preparation, testing sample spectrum collection based on near infrared spectroscopy technology, sample ammonia nitrogen content testing and quantitative analysis, a new testing method is proposed. Experiments have proved that the new detection method has higher detection accuracy, with a difference of only 0.1 % from the actual content, and has higher application value.
