川北引种金钗石斛的初步评价 被引量:2

Preliminary Evaluation of Introduced Dendrobium nobile in Northern Sichuan

摘要 目的探索引种是否对金钗石斛质量有所影响。方法该研究将引种至川北仿野生栽培的金钗石斛与川南道地产区的金钗石斛进行了农艺性状、有效成分含量、指纹图谱、重金属含量及农药残留等方面的质量评价。结果川北引种的金钗石斛折干率15.89%、多糖含量3.50%、石斛碱含量0.65%,石斛重金属含量及农药残留均符合限量标准。结论川北引种金钗石斛与川南道地产区金钗石斛相比长势略有差异但主要有效成分含量及指纹图谱相似,质量符合药典标准,尤其是石斛碱含量显著增加,深入研究其机理将为高品质金钗石斛的培育提供科学指导。 Dendrobium nobile is introduced into northern Sichuan to protect the wild Dendrobium nobile resource for sustainable using, and it possesses high survival rate within two years after being introduced. However, introduction of medical plant should not only ensure its growth, but also maintain and improve its medical compounds. To evaluate the quality of the Dendrobium nobile in northern Sichuan, the appearance characteristics, drying rate, polysaccharide content, Dendrobium alkali content, fingerprint, heavy metal content and pesticide residues of introduced Dendrobium nobile are investigated in this study. The drying rate is 15.89%, the polysaccharide content is 3.50%, and the Dendrobium alkali content is 0.65% in Dendrobium nobile introduced to northern Sichuan, and its heavy metal content and pesticide residues are much lower than the pharmaceutical limit standards. These result indicates that the quality of Dendrobium nobile introduced to northern Sichuan conforms to the stand of CHP. Specifically, dendrobium alkali content of Dendrobium nobile introduced to northern Sichuan is remarkably more than dendrobium nobile grown in southern Sichuan, and to understand its mechanism can further lead to the development of the quality of Dendrobium nobile.
