摘要
全球变暖和北极海冰融化,导致北极成为世界关注的焦点。因此,国内外学者针对北极治理展开了大量的研究,涵盖北极治理的主体、对象、模式、路径等方面。通过分析发现,伴随北极问题全球化发展态势,北极治理主体日渐多元,北极治理对象由域内自然问题向全球北极自然与社会问题转变。针对北极治理模式与具体路径的探讨,不同学者各持己见。北极治理的研究虽已取得较为丰硕的成果,未来还需在研究内容、研究方法、学科背景等方面进一步突破,丰富北极治理的研究成果,为实现北极有效治理提供借鉴。
Global warming and melting of Arctic sea ice have caused the Arctic to become the focus of world attention.On Arctic governance,a lot of research has been carried out,covering the subject,object,model and path.Through analysis,it is found that with the development of the globalization of the Arctic issues,the subjects of Arctic governance are becoming increasingly diverse,and the objects have changed from natural issues within the region to global Arctic nature and social issues.And as for the governance models and specific paths,different scholars have different opinions.Although the research on Arctic governance has achieved fruitful results,further breakthroughs in research content,research methods,and disciplinary background are needed in the future to enrich the research results of Arctic governance and provide a reference for realizing effective Arctic governance.
