摘要
为探究矿石粒径、湿度、料位高度和溜井角度对溜井结拱的影响,基于矿山溜井的比例尺寸,设计制作了方形溜井放矿模拟器,进行了四因素五水平的溜井放矿正交实验。研究结果表明,影响溜井结拱概率大小的主次顺序为:矿石粒径>料位高度>矿石湿度>溜井角度;当矿石粒径2~4 mm、湿度1%、料位高度50 cm、溜井角度85°时放矿效果最佳。
In order to explore the influence of ore particle size,humidity,storage height and chute angle on the arching of orepass chute,a simulative square chute for ore drawing was designed and manufactured in proportion to the real size of chute,with which an orthogonal experiment was performed to investigate the effects of four factors and five storage levels.The results show that probability of each factor for the chute arching is ranked in the following descending order:ore particle size>storage height>ore humidity>chute angle.It is found that a best ore drawing effect can be obtained with the ore particle size of 2~4 mm,the humidity of 1%,storage height of 50 cm and chute angle of 85°.
