摘要
针对溜井深、直径大的特点,研发了一种用于矿山溜井的视频采集系统。该系统通过高分辨率彩色工业数字摄像机和LED冷光源投光灯组成的视频采集探头,实现对溜井井壁的全景扫描。利用千兆网传输大数据量视频图像,采用可识别相位计数器将高精度旋转编码器的模拟信号转换为数字信号,基于VC++开发串口通信程序,在视频监控端实时显示视频探头井深数据,实现监测点的井深定位;运用自主开发的程序进行图像的拼接处理,得到溜井井壁的全景视频图像。实际验证结果表明,该系统可以直观反映溜井内壁的磨损破坏情况和可能存在的浮石位置,为矿山溜井的安全生产和维护提供可靠依据。
In the light of the orepass being large in depth and diameter, a video capture system for the mine orepass was developed. A panoramic scanning of the orepass was realized by using the video probe which consisted of high resolution color digital industrial camera and LED projectors. The system applied gigabit ethemet to transport the video image with large amount of data. The identifiable phase counter was used to convert the analog signal of high-precision rotary encoder into a digital signal, and the shaft depth data obtained by video probe realtirne displayed on the video monitor terminal based on serial communication program written by VC++, so as to realize the depth positioning of monitor point. Self-developed program was applied to process image splicing, thus the panoramic view video of orepass wall was obtained. The system had been applied to the detection of the orepasswall in quarterly maintenance of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Mineral Co., Ltd. The results showed that the system intuitively reflected the wearing and damage of the orepass wall and the location of the floating stone. The system could provide reliable basis for the safety production and maintenance in mine orepass.
