摘要
目的建立超滤管过滤-超高效液相色谱法测定奶茶、乳饮品中糖精钠、安赛蜜和山梨酸。方法饮品中所含蛋白质等大分子物质经过超滤离心管过滤,滤液直接用超高效液相色谱分离、检测,外标法定量。结果安赛蜜、山梨酸、糖精钠检测浓度为1.00 mg/L~200 mg/L,相关系数为0.999 5~0.999 7,检出限均为0.003 g/kg。在3种加标浓度下,加标回收率为92.1%~100%,相对标准偏差为0.02%~0.16%。结论本方法快速、灵敏,操作简单,不使用亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌沉淀剂,减少了样品处理环节,适用于蛋白含量较低的饮品中3种甜味剂的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of saccharin sodium,acesulfame and sorbic acid in milk tea and milk beverage by ultrafiltration tube filtration-ultra performance liquid chromatography( UPLC) after ultrafiltration.Methods The protein and other macromolecular substances in the drink were filtered by the ultrafiltration centrifuge tube,and the filtrate was separated and detected directly by the UPLC,and the external standard method was used for quantification.Results The linear relationship was good within 1. 00 mg/L-200 mg/L for acesulfame,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium.The correlation coefficients( r) were within 0. 999 5-0. 999 7,with the detection limits of 0. 003 g/kg. Under the three spiked concentrations,the recoveries were within 92. 1%-100% and RSDs were within 0. 02%-0. 16%. Conclusion The method is rapid,sensitive,simple,effective. It doesn’t need the use of potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate,which omitted the waste producing procedure,so it is suitable for the determination of the three sweetening agents in low protein content beverages.
