摘要
[目的]探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)多波长同时检测食品饮料中的乙酰磺胺酸钾、天门冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯、糖精钠、苯甲酸和山梨酸的方法.[方法]利用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)的程序波长功能,分别用各待测组分的最佳检测波长在优化的色谱条件下同时检测.[结果]该法线性良好,相关系数≥0.9995,回收率在91.3%~98.3%之间,RSD<2.5%,各待测组分的峰面积较单一波长法大为提高.[结论]与单一波长法相比,高效液相色谱法可提高检测的灵敏度,结果准确,操作简单方便.
To explore the method of detecting Acesulfame-K, Aspartame, Saccharin sodium, Benzoic acid and Sorbic acid simultaneously in beverages with multi-wavelength by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The analyzed components were determined simultaneously using DAD under the optimum chromatography conditions. A good linear relationship was obtained and the correlation coefficient was ≥0.9995. The rate of recovery was 91.3%-98.3% and relative standard (RSD) was <2.5%. The peak area of the analyzed component was larger than that by singular wavelength detection. Comparing with singular wavelength detection, HPLC method was of sensitive, accurate, simple and rapid to detect food additives in beverage.
