摘要
档案进入数据态管理模式,需要新的档案价值鉴定体系。在概述谢伦伯格文件双重价值理论的核心要点的基础上,分析档案管理模式改变、信息公开、电子文件以及档案数据对双重价值理论时序性假设和方便利用等假设的冲击,反思双重价值理论在信息时代存在的合理性。从多元性角度重构档案价值理论,提出档案价值多元模型、档案多元价值变化时间模型,对档案价值体系重构进行思考。
As archives enter into the mode of data state management,a new system of archival value appraisal is demanded.On the basis of summarizing the core points of Shellenberg’s Dual Value Theory of Records,this paper analyzes the impact of the change of archives management mode,information disclosure,electronic documents and archival data on the temporal hypothesis and convenient utilization of the Dual Value Theory,and reflects on the rationality of the existence of the Dual Value Theory in the information age.Then the authors reconstruct the theory of archival value from the perspective of pluralism and put forward the model of archival value pluralism and the time model of archival value variation.
