摘要
档案整理是档案管理的核心环节,信息组织理论为档案整理提供了新视角。文章在梳理档案整理相关研究和实践基础上,指出全宗理论在应用层次、适用机构、理论实质三方面的局限,并探讨了信息组织理论在档案管理中的应用潜力,提出通过“实体—信息—知识”三个层面有序组织,重新审视全宗理论,以适应信息时代档案管理新需求。
The organization of archives is a core aspect of archival management,and information organization theory provides a new perspective for archival organization.Based on a review of relevant researches on the organization of archives,this article points out the limitations of the fonds theory in terms of application levels,suitable institutions,and theoretical essence.It also explores the potential of applying information organization theory to archival management.The article proposes to reconsider the fonds theory through the orderly organization of the three levels of"entity-informationknowledge"to adapt to the new needs of archival management in the information era.
