摘要
为实现火电厂环境信息的智能化远程监测,设计了一套火电厂环境智能监测系统.给出了该系统的4层架构,阐述了该系统功能模块的设计.通过基于STM32的智能采集终端采集到相应环境信息,将采集的数据汇集并通过Wi Fi网关结合工业以太网将数据上传到数据库服务器中进行存储及分析,并在应用服务器下通过基于JavaEE的Web显示技术将火电厂环境信息进行显示并可供远程查看.测试结果表明,该系统可实时、准确地监测火电厂环境信息,具有操作方便、部署灵活等优点.
In order to realize intelligent remote monitoring of environmental information in thermal power plant,an intelligent monitoring system for thermal power plant environment is designed.Four layers architecture of the system is proposed and the design of the function module of the system is described.Environmental information can be collected by using intelligent data acquisition terminal based on STM32.Then,WiFi gateway combined with industrial Ethernet is used to upload collected data to data server which can analysis and store the environmental information.Furthermore,in application server,environmental information of thermal power plant can be displayed and remotely accessed by Web display technology based on JavaEE.The test results show that the the environmental information of thermal power plant can be accurately monitored in real time,and the system has the advantages of easy operation and flexible deployment.
