酸溶解-ICP-OES法同时测定食品级碳酸钙中铝锰含量 被引量:6

Simultaneous determination of the contents of aluminum and manganese in food grade calcium carbonate dissolved within nitric acid by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)

摘要 建立了酸溶解-全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)快速同时测定食品添加剂中碳酸钙中铝锰含量的分析方法。采用5%(v/v)硝酸溶解碳酸钙样品,基体匹配法消除高钙干扰,波长选择锰257.610nm及铝396.152nm,ICP-OES法同时测定食品添加剂碳酸钙中铝锰微量元素含量。本方法中铝、锰检出限分别达到0.018mg·kg^(-1)及0.0015mg·kg^(-1),相对标准偏差在0.2%~3%之间,测定元素铝、锰回收率分别为93.9%、96.9%。标准曲线在0.02~1.0mg·kg^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999以上),能够同时准确测定样品中铝、锰含量。实验结果表明样品的铝锰含量在正常范围。 A subject for the simultaneous determination of the content of aluminium and manganese in calcium carbonate of food additives after nitric acid dissolved digestion by ICP-OES was established.The calcium carbonate was dissolved in 5%(v/v)nitric acid,and the high content calcium interference was eliminated by the matrix matching method,the optimum wavelength 257.610nm was selected for manganese and 396.152 nm was selected for aluminum.The results showed that,the detection limits of aluminum and manganese in this method were 0.018mg·kg^(-1) and 0.0015mg·kg^(-1) respectively and the relative standard deviations were between 0.2%and 3%.The recovery rates of testing results digested with HNO3 digestion were 93.9%and 96.9%respectively.The standard curve had a good linear relationship(above r=0.999)in the range of 0.02~1.0mg·kg^(-1).The methodological study showed that the method is accurate and reliable for the detection of the contents of Al,and Mn.It can be concluded that the method is simple,fast and accurate for the quickly simultaneous determination the contents of trace Al,and Mn in calcium carbonate samples by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.It can also be concluded that the contents of aluminium and manganese in calcium carbonate samples are within the standard range.
