摘要
补钙剂越来越受到人们的重视,但目前并没有统一的营养评价标准。文主要对钙代谢的平衡、补钙剂的现状以及补钙剂的营养评价方法做了一个简要综述。
People take more and more attention to calcium-supplemental agents. But so far now, no unified nutritional evaluation standard is established. The paper concerns itself primarily with calcium ion metabolism equilibrium and present situation and nutritional e-valuation methods of calcium-supplemental agents, which is anticipated providing reference for people to choose them and for concerning departments to make standards on calcium-supplemental agents.
