摘要
目的:研究心肌桥患者实施64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影诊断的比较。方法:选择64例本院所收治的疑似冠状动脉心肌桥患者,2018年6月~2019年6月作为本研究的时间范围,全部患者均实施64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影检查,总结患者2种检查结果,对比64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影检查准确性。结果:疑似冠状动脉心肌桥患者确诊结果阳性53例,占比82.81%;阴性11例,占比17.19%。64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查阳性45例,占比70.31%;阴性19例,占比39.69%。冠状动脉造影检查阳性52例,占比81.25%;阴性12例,占比18.75%。疑似冠状动脉心肌桥冠状动脉造影检查诊断结果灵敏度(94.34%)、特异度(81.82%)、准确性(92.19%)均明显高于64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查(71.70%、36.36%、65.63%),两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影检查均能够对心肌桥情况进行有效诊断,但冠状动脉造影检查更为准确,其效果优于64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查。
Objective:To study the comparison between 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography in patients with myocardial bridge.Methods:Sixty-four patients with suspected coronary myocardial bridge admitted to this hospital were selected,and the period from June 2018 to June 2019 was used as the time frame of this study.All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography.Summarize the patient’s two examination results,and compare the accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging and coronary angiography.Results:53 cases of suspected coronary myocardial bridge were positive,accounting for 82.81%;11 cases were negative,accounting for 17.19%.The 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography was positive in 45 cases,accounting for 70.31%;19 cases were negative,accounting for 39.69%.Coronary angiography was positive in 52 cases,accounting for 81.25%;12 cases were negative,accounting for 18.75%.The sensitivity(94.34%),specificity(81.82%),and accuracy(92.19%)of the diagnostic results of suspected coronary myocardial bridge coronary angiography were significantly higher than those of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography(71.70%,36.36%,65.63%),there is a significant difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography can effectively diagnose the condition of myocardial bridge,but coronary angiography is more accurate and its effect is better than 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.
