摘要
目的:比较经4种方法处理后的牙科手机油性湿包率,为临床选择最合适的处理方法提供依据。方法:手机注油后按处理方法不同分为4组:倒置。05h后包装、压力气枪吹气10s后包装、包装袋内垫双层吸水纸包装、干燥柜干燥5h后包装法。选择品牌为NSK高速涡轮四孔手机,经Steelco清洗机清洗消毒、压力气枪干燥、Nsk手机保养系统(以下简称注油机)注油后,采取4种方法处理包装各500支,高压蒸汽灭菌后,比较油性湿包情况。结果:4组处理方法对降低手机油性湿包之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。手机注油后在纸塑包装袋的纸面垫双层吸水纸和干燥柜干燥5h后包装法,在高压蒸汽灭菌后降低油性湿包率效果最好。其4组处理方法的油性湿包率分别为:倒置0.5h后包装19.80%,高压气枪吹气10s后包装10.60%、纸塑包装袋的纸面垫双层吸水纸包装1.20%、干燥柜干燥5h后包装0.80%。结论:手机注油后在纸塑包装袋的纸面垫双层吸水纸和干燥柜干燥5h后包装法在高压蒸汽灭菌后降低油性湿包率的效果明显优于另2组处理方法。
Objective:To compare the oily wet packet rate of dental handpiece treated by 4 methods,and to provide the basis for clinical selection of suitable treatment methods.Methods:After oil injection,the handpiece was divided into 4 groups according to the treatment method:Inverted half an hour after packaging,pressure air gun blowing 10 seconds after packaging,packaging bag inner pad double absorbent paper packaging,drying cabinet drying 5 hours after the packaging method.Choose the brand for NSK high-speed turbo four-hole handpiece,by Steelco cleaning machine for cleaning and disinfection,pressure air gun drying,NSK handpiece Maintenance System(hereinafter referred to as oil injection machine)Oil injection,take 4 methods to deal with 500 packaging each,high-pressure steam sterilization,compare oily wet package situation.Results:4 groups of treatment methods were statistically significant in reducing the difference between oily and wet packets in handpiece.(P<0.001).After the handpiece oil injection in the paper plastic packaging bag paper pad double-layer absorbent paper and drying cabinet drying 5 hours after the packaging method,in the high pressure steam sterilization after the reduction of oily wet package rate is the best effect.Its 4-group treatment method of oily wet package rate is:Inverted half an hour after packaging 19.80%,high-pressure air gun blowing 10 seconds after packaging 10.60%,paper plastic packaging bag paper pad double-layer absorbent paper packaging 1.20%,drying cabinet drying 5 hours after packaging 0.80%.Conclusion:After the oil injection in the paper-plastic packing bag,the paper pad double absorbent paper and the drying cabinet drying 5 hours after the packaging method in the high pressure steam sterilization to reduce the oily wet packet rate effect is significantly better than the other 2 groups of treatment methods.
