摘要
肺部感染是神经系统疾病患者常见的并发症。营养不良是感染易感性增加的关键因素,可导致肺部感染的发生,带来不良临床预后。营养不良与肺部感染的关系虽已有大量报道,但临床医务人员对患者营养状况的重视不足,引发肺部感染的营养相关因素仍有进一步研究。因此,本文就神经系统疾病患者肺部感染的相关影响因素进行综述,主要目的是明确营养相关因素与肺部感染的关系,为制定感染防控措施提供参考依据。
Pulmonary infection is a common complication in patients with neurological diseases.Malnutrition is a key factor in increasing infectionsusceptibility,which can lead to pulmonary infection and poor clinical prognosis.A number of studies reported the relationship between malnutrition and pulmonary infection.However,insufficient attention paid to the nutritional status of patients in clinical staff and the nutrition-related factors that cause pulmonary infections still need to be further study.Therefore,this article review the literature on the factors associated with pulmonary infection with neurological diseases.We aim to discuss the relationship between nutrition-related factors and pulmonary infections,and provide a guide for formulating infection prevention and control measures.
