摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对高档家具的需求越来越多。在现代名贵硬木家具的表面处理中,烫蜡是最常见的表面装饰方法之一。烫蜡作为一种中国古家具和古建筑表面保养和装饰方法,其技艺亟需进一步传承和发展。阐述了传统烫蜡技艺的做法,通过分析近20年研究者对传统烫蜡技艺的沿袭研究,总结了优化的烫蜡工艺,介绍了蜡的种类及烫蜡木材表面性能,概述了烫蜡技术在古建筑修复、仿古建筑表面装饰领域以及在仿珍贵木材、压缩木材等基材上的技术延伸应用,总结了烫蜡木材表面性能功能化的应用,展望了烫蜡功能化应用及工业蜡推广对提升现代家具等木质产品表面功能化装饰质量和效果的重要意义。
With the improvement of people s living standard,the demands for high-grade furniture are urgent.Hot waxing(namely“Tangla”)is one of the most common surface decoration methods in the surface treatment of modern rare hardwood furniture.As an important surface maintenance and decoration method of traditional precious hardwood furniture and wooden architecture,hot waxing technique needs to be further inherited and developed.In this paper,traditional waxing art practices were introduced.Through analysis of the past 20 years researches on traditional hot waxing techniques and their inheritance,the optimum wax techniques were summarized,types of wax and the surface properties of hot waxed wood were introduced and the extension application of hot waxing technology in different fields and base materials,such as surface repair of ancient buildings and the base materials of the compressed wood and imitation precious wood,was summarized.The application of the functionalization of the surface properties of hot-waxed wood was summarized,and the significance of the functionalized application of hot-waxed and the promotion of industrial wax to improve the quality and effect of the surface functional decoration of modern furniture and other wooden products was prospected.
