摘要 以石蜡、微晶蜡为基础原料的改性技术与调和技术是石蜡资源综合利用和开发的一个主要方向。依据烃类氧化反应机理,采用一种有机金属锰化合物作为催化剂,以一定质量比的石蜡和微晶蜡为原料,在一定条件下进行催化氧化反应,得到了可以代替天然蜂蜡的氧化蜡样品,然后再通过物理调和的方法提高氧化蜡样品的熔点,使其达到产品标准要求。实验结果表明,较好的反应条件为:催化剂的质量分数为0.024%,助剂的质量分数为 1.60%,空气流量为3L/min,反应温度为165 ℃,反应时间为8 h;或催化剂的质量分数为0.008 %,助剂的质量分数为1.60%,空气流量为2L/min,反应温度为170 ℃,反应时间为10h。同时结合氧化反应机理对催化剂作用原理进行了研究和探讨,肯定了催化剂在促使反应发生,加快反应速度,提高反应产物选择性等方面的作用。 Modification and blending technique based on paraffin and microcrystalline wax were the main direction of integrated utilizing and tapping paraffin resource, According to the mechanism of hydrocarbon oxidation reaction, a kind of organic compound of manganem was chosen as catalyst, and a fixed mass ratio of paraffin and microcrystalline wax were adopted as raw material. Under the fixed conditions of catalytic oxidation, the oxide wax .sample which could be used as a substitute for natural bee - wax was obtained. Its melting point of oxide wax was enhanced by physical blending and met the requirements of the standard. The results of experiment show the proper reaction conditions are as follows: mass fraction of catalyst is 0. 024 %, mass fraction of catalyst promoter is 1.60 %, air flow rate is 3 L/min, reaction temperature is 165 ℃, reaction time is 8 hours; or mass fraction of catalyst is 0. 008 %, mass fraction of catalyst promoter is 1.60%, air flow rate is 2 L/min, reaction temperature is 170 ℃, reaction time is 10 hours. The catalytic action principle was studied and discussed by combining with oxidation reaction mechanism. What could be confirmed is that catalyst can promote reaction, accelerate the reaction speed and improve product's selectivity.
