摘要
当前,在地层掘进作业中,双护盾TBM获得广泛应用并取得较为显著的效果,其具有适应性强、效率高、可掘性好等优点。在较为复杂的地质环境下,人们要采取合理的控制措施,保证水工隧洞施工的连续性、稳定性与安全性,这依旧是双护盾TBM施工的一项重要研究内容。所以,本文首先概述了双护盾TBM施工技术,然后结合案例实践,分析双护盾TBM水工隧洞施工的重点和难点,进而探讨强化施工质量控制的有效措施,以期为相关施工提供有益参考。
At present,dual-shield TBM has been widely used in stratum excavation operations and achieved significant results,which has the advantages of strong adaptability,high efficiency,and good excavability.In a more complex geological environment,people must take reasonable control measures to ensure the continuity,stability and safety of hydraulic tunnel construction,which is still an important research content of double-shield TBM construction.Therefore,this paper first summarized the double-shield TBM construction technology,and then combined case practice to analyze the key points and difficulties of the double-shield TBM hydraulic tunnel construction,and then discussed effective measures to strengthen the construction quality control,in order to provide a useful reference for related construction.
