富水隧洞双护盾TBM超前钻探技术优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决现有超前地质预报技术探水精度不高及双护盾TBM机载超前钻机在施工中适用性不足的问题,依托晋中引黄输水隧洞,分析了TBM尾盾处机载超前钻机存在的问题,优化超前钻机方案,将超前钻探作业位置前置到刀盘前方掌子面处,并提出了TBM定向超前钻探技术,通过确定超前钻探目标区域、掌子面稳定性评估及地层预处理和定向超前钻探,实现了隧洞前方地层进行全覆盖、多角度的超前钻探,提高了地下水探测精度,有效降低了掌子面突涌水风险,对类似工程提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of low water exploration accuracy of the existing advanced geological prediction technology and insufficient applicability of the dual shield TBM airborne advanced drilling rig in construction,relying on the Yellow River Water Diversion Tunnel in Jinzhong,this paper analyzes the problems of the airborne advanced drilling rig at the TBM tail shield,optimizes the advanced drilling scheme,advances the advanced drilling operation position to the front face of the cutter head,and proposes the TBM directional advanced drilling technology.The determination of the advance drilling target area,stability evaluation of the tunnel face,the stratum pretreatment and the directional advance drilling have realized the full coverage and multi angle advance drilling of the stratum in front of the tunnel,improved the accuracy of groundwater detection,effectively reduced the risk of water inrush from the tunnel face,and provided a reference for similar projects.
