摘要
基于质量和动量衡算 ,考虑上升管区、真空室液滴和溶池 3个反应位置对总精炼效果的贡献 ,建立了钢液RH和RH KTB精炼脱碳脱气过程新的数学模型 ;
Based on mass and momentum balances and taken the refining roles of the three sites (the up snorkel zone,the droplets and molten steel bath in the vacuum vessel) into account,a new mathematical model for the RH and RH KTB refining processes of molten steel was developed and proposed.The parameters of the model were discussed and more reasonably determined.
