摘要
考虑RH真空槽与钢包的整体性,从RH上升管吹Ar这一基本现象着手,建立了描述RH装置内钢液流动行为的三维数学模型,考察吹 Ar量和浸渍管参数对 RH装置内钢液流动和循环流量的影响.
Based on the phenomenon of argon gas blowing in the up--leg of a RH degasser, a three--dimensional mathematical model to represent the flow of molted steel both in the vacuum vessel and the ladle was developed. The effects of the argon gas flow rate and the parameters of up--leg on the flow and the recirculation flow rate in a RH degasser were taken into account in the present study.
