摘要
开展《管理学》课程思政研究是对课程育人要求的具体落实,是提升《管理学》课程建设内涵的现实需要。《管理学》课程思政的难点在于“融入什么思政元素”“在哪里融入思政元素”和“如何融入思政元素”。可通过优化《管理学》课程教学大纲;建立《管理学》课程思政素材库;丰富实践教学内容和手段;创新课程考核手段等路径开展《管理学》课程思政。
Carrying out curriculum ideological and political education of"Management"is the concrete implementation of the education requirements and the realistic need to improve the connotation of"Management"construction.The difficulty of curriculum"ideological and political education"of"Management"lies in"what to integrate""where to integrate"and"how to integrate"ideological and political elements.The difficulty can be solved by optimizing the course syllabus of"Management";establishing the ideological and political material base of"Management";enriching the content and means of practice teaching;innovating the means of curriculum assessment.
