解析了矩形管通电金属液的感应磁场 ,数值计算了金属液电磁净化时的二维诱生流场 ,并追踪了夹杂物颗粒在流场中的运动轨迹 结果表明 ,直流电的感应磁场会诱生二次流 ,对“直流电 +稳恒磁场”的电磁净化模式形成干扰 ,另一方面 ,这个弱对流对“单电流”
Based on the resolution of induced magnetic field of liquid melt conducted by DC in a rectangular pipe,the 2 dimensional flow field was computed,then inclusion trajectories were obtained by solving the Navier Stokes equation and the particle trajectory equation,respectively.Numerical results show that the induced magnetic field is apt to drive a secondary convection in the cross section of square pipe,which disturbs inclusions' migration in the process of electromagnetic purification with DC and extra magnetic field.On the other hand,this weak convection is possibly helpful for the transport of inclusions towards wall in the process of single current electromagnetic purification,where the magnetic flux density in the center of pipe is usually small.
